Pathway to Home Program

Our Pathway-to-Home program offers our dogs & their new family the opportunity to bond & grow together while waiting on continued vetting i.e: spay/neuter appointments, continued vaccines, medical reasons, etc. The adoption is not finalized until all vetting is completed.

The dogs in our Pathway-to-Home program are available immediately. We do not offer "trial runs" nor do these dogs need to be placed in foster.

Booker is a male German shorthaired pointer born 5/2022. He is UTD on vaccines & microchipped. His neuter appointment is scheduled.

Booker was owner surrendered to us. He is shy at first when meeting new people but warms up to new environments quickly. He is a very good boy who is eager to please. He listens well & is crate trained. He is still working on his potty training. He gets along with other dogs & all sized humans. He loves kids. He will chase cats if they run, otherwise he will leave them alone. He can be a little mischievous at times & takes redirection well. He will need a home with a secured, attached yard as he has high energy & needs somewhere to burn it off. He is still practicing his leash/harness training.

Donovan is a male lab/collie mix born 1/2023. He is microchipped & vaccinated per his age. His neuter appointment is scheduled.

Donovan is so sweet. He loves to explore his surroundings. He likes to take long naps after a hard playtime. He loves to eat. He is learning patience while he practices his commands to sit and stay. He is treat motivated & eager to learn. He needs continued practice with leash training and potty training. He is kennel trained and prefers to nap in his safe space. He gets along with all sized dogs & humans. His breed/mix is our best guess. We think he will be a medium sized dog when full grown so having an attached, secured yard for him would be ideal.

Sarchi is a female Staffordshire terrier mix around a year old. She is microchipped & current on vaccines. Her spay appointment is scheduled. She weighs around 50lbs.

Sarchi came to us as a stray & her owners never came forward for her. We can not figure out why anyone would let this sweet girl get away. She gets along with other dogs & is very tolerant. When smaller/younger dogs are in her face, she doesn't react. She LOVES to play with any type of toy - ball, rope, squeaky - she is not picky. She enjoys time outside, laying in the sun or running her energy off. She would do well in a home with a secured, attached yard. She is house trained & hasn't had any accidents. She is loyal, observant & a quick learner. She is eager to please & craves human interaction/affection. She loves being pet & adored over. She gets along with all sized humans. We are unsure about cats. She has been in an open pen but has never been crated. She is not destructive. She is goofy & loving with a big personality!

Chandler is a male heeler mix born 1/2023. He is UTD on his vaccines & microchipped. His neuter appointment is scheduled. He weighs around 6lbs.

Chandler had a rough start at life - he was abandoned at only a week old in a box with his siblings at a park. He has overcome all the odds & is ready for a family of his own. He is all puppy - he eats, poops, pees, plays & sleeps! He is going to need all of his puppy training including potty training & leash/harness training. He is lovable, vocal & playful. He loves to snuggle up in a nice blanket or bed. He has been in an open pen but never crated. He would do well growing up in a home with a secured, attached yard as he grows up. He gets along with other dogs, cats & all sized humans.

Jovie is a female chihuahua terrier mix born 11/2022. She is up to date with age appropriate vaccines, microchipped & her spay appointment is scheduled. She currently weighs around 5lbs. Her breed & mix are our best guess. She came from an overpopulated home with mostly chihuahuas & terriers.

Jovie is all puppy! She plays, eats, poops/pees & sleeps. She gets along with other dogs, all sized humans & we can only assume cats due to her age. She is not potty trained & has never been on a leash/harness. She has been in an open pen but not crated. She needs to go to a home with an attached, secured yard. She needs all of her puppy training! She is a shy lady, very submissive & has a lot of love to give!

Gatsby is a male chihuahua mix born 10/2022. He is UTD on his vaccines per his age & microchipped. His neuter appointment is scheduled. He weighs around 6lbs.

Gatsby is a shy, submissive, observant boy. He does play with toys & other dogs & is definitely a follower. He loves to snuggle in a soft blanket or bed. He is not house broken & needs all of his puppy training. He needs to go to a home with a secured, attached yard. He gets along with other dogs, all sized humans & we can only assume cats with a proper introduction. He has not been crated but he has been in an open pen.

Tulip loves to spend time with herself & observe what's going on around her. She prefers one-on-one time with her person. She loves to play with toys & other dogs. If it gets too hectic, she will wander on her own. She is crate trained & is working on her potty training (accidents should be expected while she adjusts to a new environment). She will need to go to a home with a secured, attached yard as we feel she will be a medium-large size when full grown. She will need continued leash/harness.

Max is a male shepherd mix born 12/2022. His neuter appointment is scheduled, he is microchipped & UTD on vaccines. His breed is our best guess.

Max is a confident, playful boy who loves to rough-house. He loves to play with toys & other dogs. He is smart & eager to please. He is learning to let you keep your fingers & take treats nicely! He is crate trained & is working on his potty training (accidents should be expected while he adjusts to a new environment). He will need to go to a home with a secured, attached yard as we feel he will be a medium-large size when full grown. He will need continued leash/harness.

Bueno is a male terrier mix. We have no idea what his breed or mix is, it is our best guess. He was born 12/2022. He is up to date on age appropriate vaccines & microchipped. His neuter date is scheduled. He currently weighs around 15lbs.

Bueno had a rough start at life overcoming mange & being found on the side of the road at 8 weeks old. He is a happy, spunky, curious boy making new friends everyday! He loves when it’s time to eat & will help himself to all the bowls! He also loves to follow you around & will beat you through the door 90% of the time! He will play with any sized dog or human! He loves to play with any type of toy & will sleep wherever he plops down. He is still grasping the concept of going potty outside & he does not like being contained/crated - he’s got places to go & people to see! He would do well in a home with a secured, attached yard & will need continued training walking on a leash/harness.

Churro came to us from Mexico after spending his young life on a chain. He was born 12/2022. He is UTD on his vaccines per his age & microchipped. His neuter appointment is scheduled. Our best guess is he will be a medium-large breed dog when full grown.

Churro is an observant, intelligent, attentive young man. He gets along with other dogs, all sized humans & loves to play with chew toys/toys. He is not picky about where he sleeps, whether it be a blanket or bed. He is just grateful its not in the dirt anymore. He is not house broken & will need all of his puppy training. He is a busy body & wants to be involved with everything. He loves to give kisses & get pets. He is a quick learner & is very food motivated. His breed is our best guess, we can not guarantee anything. He would enjoy a home with a secured, attached yard where he can run & play.

Mimosa is a female lab blend born at the end of November 2022. She is microchipped, UTD on age appropriate vaccines & her spay appointment is scheduled. She weighs around 20lbs.

Mimosa is ALL puppy! She is very food motivated, loves toys & gets along with all sized dogs & humans. She loves a good blanket or bed to snuggle into. She is dominant & sure of herself. She is still learning what boundaries are with the other pups. She is not housebroken & will need continued training in all aspects. She is learning how to go outside to potty on the patio when let out. She would do well in a home with a secured, attached yard. We estimate her to be a medium - large size when full grown. She is ready to give all her love & energy to her forever family!

Marnie is a female terrier mix born 10/2022. She is UTD on her vaccines & microchipped. Her spay appointment is scheduled. She weighs around 8lbs. She came from a home with more than 60 dogs that were all chihuahua/terrier mixes.

Marnie is a shy, sweet, loving girl. She is playful & we can tell she would love to snuggle in your bed with you at night. She currently cuddles with her other 4-legged friends or into a fluffy bed. She does enjoy the comfort of an open crate. She gets along with other dogs, all sized humans & we can only assume cats. She loves to play with toys of any kind! She is very submissive. She is learning to go outside by being let out but she is by no means house trained. She will use potty pads. She needs to go to a home with a secured, attached yard. She has never been on a leash/harness & will need continued practice/training once she is fully vaccinated.

Plum is a female chihuahua mix born 10/2022. She is UTD on her vaccines & microchipped. Her spay appointment is scheduled. She weighs around 8lbs. She came from a home with more than 60 dogs that were all chihuahua/terrier mixes.

Plum is a playful, happy, loving girl. We can tell she would love to snuggle in your bed with you at night. She currently cuddles with her other 4-legged friends or in a fluffy bed. She does enjoy the comfort of an open crate. She gets along with other dogs, all sized humans & we can only assume cats. She loves to play with toys of any kind! She is very submissive.
